Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Nice Touch Cleaners, we strive to provide top-tier services and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations to understand how they apply to your bookings and memberships.
1. Service Refund Policy:
• Completed Services: Refunds are not available for completed services, as we invest time and resources into each booking to ensure quality service delivery.
• Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the service. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.
• Missed Appointments: If our staff fails to show up for your appointment, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling of the service at no additional charge.
2. Service Cancellation Policy:
• Standard Cancellations:
• You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
• Same-Day Cancellations:
• Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled service time will result in a 100% charge for the service, as it will be too late to reassign staff for another booking.
• Rescheduling:
• You may reschedule your service up to 12 hours before the appointment without any fee. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the service may incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
• Same-day rescheduling may be subject to availability and a 50% fee if less than 4 hours notice is provided.
3. Membership Refund and Cancellation Policy:
• Membership Fees: All membership fees, including Premium Membership, are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
• Membership Cancellations:
• You may cancel your membership at any time. However, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Any cancellations made after that period will take effect in the following billing cycle.
• Once your membership is canceled, you will retain access to premium services until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued.
4. Special Circumstances:
• Medical or Emergency Situations:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your service due to an emergency or medical reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
• Weather or Unforeseen Events:
• In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule services. You will not be charged a cancellation fee in these situations, and we will work with you to find the next available time.
5. Refund Process:
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
